General Terms and Conditions for Consumers
The General Terms and Conditions for Consumers of the industry association Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO) apply to all agreements between STC Next and consumers relating to our educational services and products.

Additional Conditions – Cancellation by STC Next
In addition to the NRTO Terms and Conditions for Consumers, the below additional conditions also apply to our open courses.
Cancellation by STC Next
STC Next reserves the right to cancel or postpone an open course up to 21 days before the scheduled start date. This may occur, for example, in the event of insufficient or in exceptional circumstances, such as the illness of an essential lecturer or instructor. If a course is cancelled by STC Next, the participant will be notified in due time, and any fees already paid will be fully refunded or – in consultation with the participant – credited towards a new course date.
By registering, the participant agrees to both the NRTO Terms and Conditions for Consumers and the additional conditions of STC Next.
General Terms and Conditions for Business Clients
The General Terms and Conditions of STC Next apply to all assignments provided by a client acting in the course of a profession or business (not being a consumer) to STC Next, as well as to any subsequent or supplementary agreements.
