The new “certificates of competence” for service of captains and officers can only be issued by the competent authorities. In the case of tanker trainings this means that in the case of a positive result of this training you receive the certificate provided by STC T&C. This certificate can, in case the other requirements such as service time on board of ships are met, be converted into a certificate of competence at the KIWA Register.
For this training a 100% attendance requirement applies.
